What Decalabs is
Decalabs (decalabs.ai) is a platform where you start and operate ventures with AI assistance: idea validation, brand and site generation, a working product on a decalabs.ai subdomain, and advertising campaigns run on your budget. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the content of the ventures you launch. You must be able to form a binding contract and must not use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, its AI systems, or its advertising integrations.
Money: the wallet
Decalabs is prepaid. You top up a wallet through Stripe and the platform draws from it for the actions you take: validations, launches, stage unlocks, and advertising spend as it is actually delivered by the ad network. Prices are shown before every purchase. Ad budgets are ceilings, not up-front charges: spend is billed against your wallet as it happens, and delivery pauses when the wallet is empty.
Refunds
Unused wallet balance is refundable: email us within 14 days of a top-up and we will return the unspent portion to your original payment method. Money already spent on completed engine work (validations, launches, builds) and advertising spend already delivered by the ad network is not refundable. If something we built failed or was never delivered, tell us and we will credit it back: reach us at deniz@spacerunners.com or through the support widget in the console.
Your ventures and their customers
The ventures you launch are yours: their content, their customer relationships, and their obligations. Payments from your venture's customers are processed through the platform's payment infrastructure and credited to your venture's earnings. You are responsible for delivering what your venture sells and for complying with the laws that apply to it.
AI-generated content
The engine generates brands, copy, images, products and campaigns. You approve and own the direction, and you are responsible for reviewing what goes live under your name. AI output can be wrong; validation reports and projections are estimates, not promises or financial advice.
Liability
The platform is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Decalabs in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or the commercial performance of your ventures.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continuing to use Decalabs after a change means you accept it.
